Yin-Style Yoga

Alison's Yin-style Restorative Yoga in the EESystem continues to be a great success. Along with meditation it is a great way to experience the system at a very low price point.
It is quite something to feel the effects on the body of the EESystem as you hold the yoga postures. Svasana (relaxation) is taken to a whole new level, and the chanting is truly divine.

One Heart Global Collective Meditation Sleepover
Join this beautiful 3 hour meditation event as we link up with other EESystem centres around the world at 11.30pm til 2.30am. A guest speaker Leland Holgate the wilful warrior guide through breathwork and share education that is specifically relevant to energy, health & spiritual ascension. Then we will be lead into a live meditation to awaken inner harmony, heart activation and world peace from inside the EESystem Centres, all at the same time.

This is a Reiki I Certificate course with a difference. In order to be in line with the huge global shift and ascension process we are currently experiencing, this course includes a segment on understanding and working with energy and frequencies.

Iridology Readings with Sabrina
We are excited to welcome the lovely Sabrina, an experienced Naturopath and Iridologist who will be offering iridology readings here at Samadhi Healing. Feedback from our clients has been excellent following their Iridology session with Sabrina. They said they found it really valuable.This service is currently available monthly on Monday afternoons, A follow-up test is recommended 4 months later to monitor progress.
