DEEPENING THE RESTORATIVE - A YOGA WORKSHOP
Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and improve focus and mental health.
This workshop combines Pranayam, Meditation, Yoga, and a Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) to take
you to a deeper level of peace and calm that you can take into your daily life.
Frequency yoga is a gentle style with long holds that release the fascia of the musculature, no prior
experience is necessary.
All of this is greatly enhanced by being in the Quantum technology of the Energy Enhancement System
for 2 Hours.

I am really excited to share this one with you.
The Over Soul is often described as a greater soul consciousness — a higher field of awareness from which our individual souls emerge. In this guided meditation, we gently open to receive its wisdom, guidance, and deep sense of remembrance.
Unlike many World Peace Meditations, we dedicate significant time to working on ourselves — cleansing, healing, weaving and upgrading the energy body — before extending peace, coherence, and love out into the world.
