FREQUENCY RESTORATIVE YOGA
Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and improve focus and mental health.
This class combines Pranayam, Meditation, Yoga, and a Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) to take
you to a deeper level of peace and calm that you can take into your daily life.
Frequency yoga is a gentle style with long holds that release the fascia of the musculature, no prior
experience is necessary.
All of this is greatly enhanced by being in the Quantum technology of the Energy Enhancement System
