Beginning with gentle nasal breathing, the experience gives you time to settle into your body before shifting into deep, connected mouth breathing and an exterior extended period of sustained activation.
As the intensity builds, powerful coaching explores resilience, survival, self trusts, and the patterns that may once have protected you but no longer serve where you’re going.
Rather than asking you to simply think differently about the past, liberation creates a physical experience of moving through it, using the breath to help you access emotion, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with a sense of personal agency.
After the final active push, the breath returns to a slow nasal rhythm, allowing the body to settle and integrate.

RESTORATIVE YOGA IN THE LIGHT SYSTEM
Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and improve focus and mental health.
This class combines Pranayam, Meditation, Yoga, and a Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) to take
you to a deeper level of peace and calm that you can take into your daily life.
Frequency yoga is a gentle style with long holds that release the fascia of the musculature, no prior
experience is necessary.
All of this is greatly enhanced by being in the Quantum technology of the Light System
for 90 minutes.
