Ali’s Yin-style Restorative Yoga in the EESystem continues to be a great success. Along with meditation it is a great way to experience the system at a very low price point.
It is quite something to feel the effects on the body of the EESystem as you hold the yoga postures. Svasana (relaxation) is taken to a whole new level, and the chanting is truly divine.
