Alison's Restorative Yoga in the EESystem continues to be a great success. Along with meditation it is a great way to experience the system at a very low price point.
It is quite something to feel the effects on the body of the EESystem as you hold the yoga postures. Svasana (relaxation) is taken to a whole new level, and the chanting is truly divine.

We are excited to welcome the lovely Sabrina, an experienced Naturopath and Iridologist who will be offering iridology readings here at Samadhi Healing. Feedback from our clients has been excellent following their Iridology session with Sabrina. They said they found it really valuable.This service is currently available monthly on Monday afternoons, A follow-up test is recommended 4 months later to monitor progress.
